Willow Pond Reception Centre and Ramon's at Willow Pond are set upon an impressive 2.2 hectares of beautifully picturesque landscaped Japanese gardens surrounding a magnificent ornamental lake with a cascading waterfall - all within 15kms from Perth's CBD in Canning Vale. The Restaurant 

Ramon's at Willow Pond opened its doors to the public in November 2004. The restaurant has views of the beautiful gardens and can comfortably seat approximately 100 diners. The is also an impressive alfresco area (under shade sails) that seats another 200and allows you to site right beside the beautiful Japanese gardens and lake.

The menu is based on modern Australian cuisine and provides diners with a mouth-watering affair. Come and enjoy the exciting dishes prepared by Ramon's head chef, Jason Daniels. Bookings are recommended.

Group Bookings at Ramon's 

There is a wonderful selection of set menus available for group bookings of 10 or more people at Ramon's. Available for breakfast, lunch or dinner and affordably priced, there is something to please everyone on these menus.

The maximum group booking size for the restaurant is 30 guests and private use of the restaurant is available Monday to Wednesday evenings with a minimum of 30 people at $50 per person. Larger groups can book the FReception Centre. Call the team now to reserve a table and make your next occasion a memorable one at Ramon's.

Bridal Expo

The Willow Pond Reception Centre is hosting a free bridal expo from 10am to 4pm. On display will be a variety of presenters covering all aspects required for planning a successful wedding and reception.

Willow Pond Reception Centre 

Willow Pond is the perfect setting for any type of unction, be it wedding receptions, engagements, birthday parties, conferences, seminars, trade shows, training courses or any other special occasion.

Three tastefully decorated rooms, separated to ensure privacy, are available for seated functions from 30 to 200 guests. Round tables capable of seating ten people comfortably are standard in the Willow and Wisteria Rooms whilst the Brodie Room uses rectangle tables capable of seating six guests each.

Function Facilities 

The ambience, tranquility and serenity of Willow Pond Reception Centre can only truly be appreciated through personal inspection. General viewing times are Saturday mornings from 9am untill noon (bookings are appreciated). Other times by appointment only.

The Museum 

Ramon's at Willow Pond is not only a restaurant and function centre, it also has a martial arts museum. The museum is open to the public during restaurant hours free of charge and contains a collection of artifacts collected by Ramon Lawrence.

Why not enjoy a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner at Ramon's at Willow Pond and then browse through their collection of old Japanese swords, some dating back to 1509AD, and other martial arts antiques. Depending on when you attend the restaurant, you maybe lucky and see students of the Budokan Academy practicing Kendo, Iaido or Jodo.

The Gardens 

The gardens are available to couples having their reception at Willow Pond. Three gazebos and a pergola are sited around the gardens and are suitable for wedding ceremonies of varying sizes.

The garden atmosphere is an excellent venue for rest periods during intense seminars or for breaking into syndicate groups for discussions. Clients find the gardens very relaxing and obtain a more focused response from attendees at the seminars. During wedding ceremonies the bridal cars are permitted to drive on the lawn areas to delegated drop off points close to the venue being used in the gardens. A popular vehicle is the horse and carriage or the Harley Trike motorcycles. These are often retained for photographic sessions on completion of the wedding ceremony.

The Willow Pond Japanese Gardens have been progressively constructed since 1985 and have reached a semi-matured stage with the growth of the larger trees.
