The Restaurant  

Carnegies offers mouth watering modern Australia cuisine for you to enjoy. The extensive menu is always changing to keep it fresh and interesting. They have plenty to choose from and the full menu is available every day from open until late.

The Venue  

Woodstock posters, guitars and all types of retro rock ‘n’ roll memorabilia line this two story city bar and restaurant. Carnegie’s bar display is huge and encompasses Perth’s largest selection of spirits from all around the world, not to mention 20 varieties of draught beer. Famous for cocktails, you can select your favorite from a list comprising of over one hundred cocktails!

Relax with reduced price drinks after a hard day at the office with Happy Hour from 5pm–6pm daily. Later on, the party goes into full swing with an in-house DJ and varying entertainment throughout the week.

Entertainment  

Every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday DJ Jason plays a great selection of party music from the 70s, 80s, 90s and today until close! Requests are welcome.

For the other nights they have a video jukebox. Play all your favourite music and see the videos on the big screens.

Quiz Night

Tue 9/2
Head to Carnegies on Tuesdays, at 8pm for their famous Quiz Nights with free entry, $6 pints of Becks and $6 Sex On The Beach cocktails. Prizes include Carnegie’s vouchers, spot prizes and much, much more. This is a night not to be missed.

Cocktail Night

Wed 10/2
Every Wednesday night from 6pm is Carnegie's Cocktail Night, where you can sample from Perth’s longest list of cocktails! The talented bar staff mix up some truly tempting concoctions at very competitive prices. It’s a very popular night, so get there early!

Backpacker Night

Thu 11/2
Head to Carnegies on Thursdays from 6pm for their backpacker night. Take advantage of $5 chicken schnitzel burger and chips, $7 curry chips and drink specials including jelly cups and Fat Frog jugs along with $5 Eristoff Vodka, $7 vodka and Lucozade and $5 Thooeys all Night. Open until 1am.

Industry Night

8th Anniversary Bumper Quiz Night

To celebrate the 8th anniversary of Carnegies famous quiz night, they are stepping things up a notch. Prizes will include a party for 12 people for two hours at Carnegies, a set of Jack Daniels bongo drums, $100 Live voucher, Becks beer Wheel spins after each round, t-shirts, caps, keyrings, glassware and more. Entry is free, so be early to get a table. There will also be a fabulous food special available - chicken kiev served with caesar salad, fries and red wine sauce for just $15.

St Cocktails Day

You can party the night away with DJs Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights, plenty of space for dancing and a late license that runs until 3am.

Carnegie's is famous for quality food at reasonable prices and in addition to their menu, can prepare a wide range of platters for your function.

They can also prepare, and are well known for, an extensive range of exciting cocktails. However, if beer is your thing, there’s 20 varieties of local and international beers on tap.
