Returning in December for your Summer Sunday's. You will be able to enjoy live music with "The Aces" playing smooth & funky blues in the courtyard.

The Cafe

Being close to a five star restaurant, the team at Cafe 58 do everything they can to ensure you enjoy your meal. 'RESTAURANT QUALITY AT CAFE PRICES' is the motto at Cafe 58 and the ever increasing popularity of the venue is testament to this approach being desired and accepted. They spend so much on buying first class produce that there's little left over, so if the tables wobble a bit because of their 100 year old floors, take comfort in the fact their best resources are centered on creating outstanding cuisine and cafe prices! The main cafe features a long bar and seats 60 plus in what was the local post office during the 1920s. The ceilings are very high and fans, together with air-conditioning make it a cool retreat during summer.

In addition to the a la carte menu, an extensive range of cakes and pastries (delivered daily) are always on display. So for a quick coffee, snack or long leisurely meal, Cafe 58 is the place. Table service is available continually.

The Courtyard

Designed to integrate both aspects of South East Asia and Mediterranean cultures, the courtyard is a charming and secluded spot with a large shade sail covering almost the entire area and character limestone walls surrounding it. The courtyard is ideal for a lazy weekend breakfast, intimate lunch or dinner with friends. Live music is an added attraction on selected nights during summer.

The courtyard can also be exclusively booked for special functions such as staff parties, milestone birthdays, an engagement celebration etc. Check out the functions tab for more info!

Location

Cafe 58 is located on the Palmyra/ East Fremantle border, with dedicated parking at the rear of the cafe as well as on street parking. Access is easy and opposite the cafe is an excellent drive through liquor store.

Functions

Cafe 58 features a sensational courtyard, making it the perfect venue for any function; whether it be a staff Christmas party, a milestone birthday or an engagement celebration, and their staff are always keen to help make your event special.

The courtyard can comfortably seat 50-60 people or allow for 80-90 people for cocktail style (standing) functions, and is available to hire all year round.

For 35 people or more they can provide you with exclusive use which includes:

A dedicated chef and sous chef

Two dedicated wait persons

Exclusive use of the courtyard's tables, chairs and gas heaters

Exclusive use of the courtyard's bathroom facilities

Smaller functions can make use of the courtyard without exclusive use, however other groups will be in attendance. Cocktail menus are available for stand-up functions of 35 people or more, and function guests are permitted to bring their own alcohol, with eskies also available for hire.
