With 30 years experience it's no wonder Toshi Nomura has a reputation for producing some of the finest Japanese dishes around. Famous for sushi and sashimi dishes, Toshi also offers diners something special to indulge in. Some of the amazing mouthwatering dishes that are presented at Sado Island are dishes like: ZENSAI- a Japanese style antipasto (four small individual dishes) especially created by Toshi and ideal to share as an entree for 2 people. For the main try the UNA DON- imported Japanese grilled eel on rice with caramelised sweet soy and sansho herbs, or for a real treat try the WAGYU BEEF- pure Japanese shimofuri (marble) beef sirloin simply chargrilled served with green salad.
