The Chef 

Originally from Brittany in France, Gwenael is a perfectionist in his approach to cuisine. His senses from matching flavours has changed the Perth culinary scene for more than a decade now. For Gwenael, cuisine is a passion, which he translates onto your plate with creative and exciting food that will challenge your taste buds.

Degustation Menu 

Bouchon Bistro offers the indecisive diner the option of a seven course surprise menu, perfect for those who have trouble deciding what to choose for dinner. This menu is designed for the enjoyment of the whole table, available with or with out premium French wines matched to each course. Bouchon Bistro requires 24 hours notice for the degustation menu, so call now to make your reservation.

Lunch Trade 

Bouchon Bistro does not generally open for lunch, however they can specially open for you if you have a group of 12 or more people. Please contact the restaurant for details.
